The use of All-Inkl is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable possible presentation of our website. If corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s end device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.

We have concluded a data processing agreement (AVV) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required under data protection law which ensures that this provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

3. General information and mandatory information

When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains which data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

We point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Information on the controller

The controller for data processing on this website is:

WOW! Kitchen GmbH
Karstraße 70, 41069 Mönchengladbach

Telephone: +49 2161 9909981
E-Mail: hallo@wow-kitchen.de

The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses or similar).

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing ceases to apply. If you assert a legitimate request for erasure or withdraw consent to data processing, your data will be erased unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. tax or commercial law retention periods); in the latter case, erasure takes place after those reasons cease to apply.

General information on the legal bases for data processing on this website

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR, if special categories of data pursuant to Art. 9 (1) GDPR are processed. In the event of express consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also carried out on the basis of Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your end device (e.g. via device fingerprinting), data processing is additionally carried out on the basis of § 25 (1) TTDSG. The consent can be withdrawn at any time. If your data is required for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data if this is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. Data processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Information on the legal bases applicable in each individual case is provided in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.

Information on data transfer to the USA and other third countries

We use, among other things, tools of companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure from a data protection perspective. When these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We point out that in these countries no level of data protection comparable to that in the EU can be guaranteed. For example, US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. It therefore cannot be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. intelligence services) process, evaluate and permanently store your data located on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are possible only with your express consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

IF DATA PROCESSING IS CARRIED OUT ON THE BASIS OF ART. 6 (1) (E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME, ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR AFFECTED PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21 (1) GDPR).

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21 (2) GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of infringements of the GDPR, data subjects have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to yourself or to a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will be done only insofar as it is technically feasible.

Information, erasure and rectification

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, where applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time about this and about further questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time about this. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you contest the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we generally need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you can request restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it for the exercise, defence or establishment of legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure.
  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, a balancing of your and our interests must be carried out. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data – apart from its storage – may be processed only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a Member State.

SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Objection to promotional emails

The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested is hereby objected to. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example by spam emails.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

Our internet pages use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage on your end device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your end device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or automatic deletion is carried out by your web browser.

In some cases, cookies from third-party companies may also be stored on your end device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services of the third-party company (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies have various functions. Numerous cookies are technically necessary, because certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies serve to evaluate user behaviour or to display advertising.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. for the shopping cart function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies to measure the web audience) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is stated. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG); the consent can be withdrawn at any time.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Insofar as cookies from third-party companies or for analysis purposes are used, we will inform you of this separately within this privacy policy and, where applicable, request consent.

Consent with Usercentrics

This website uses the consent technology of Usercentrics to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies on your end device or to the use of certain technologies and to document this in a data-protection-compliant manner. The provider of this technology is Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 München, website: https://usercentrics.com/de/ (hereinafter “Usercentrics”).

When you enter our website, the following personal data is transferred to Usercentrics:

  • Your consent(s) or the withdrawal of your consent(s)
  • Your IP address
  • Information about your browser
  • Information about your end device
  • Time of your visit to the website

Furthermore, Usercentrics stores a cookie in your browser in order to be able to assign the consents given or their withdrawal to you. The data collected in this way is stored until you request us to erase it, you delete the Usercentrics cookie yourself, or the purpose for the data storage ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

The use of Usercentrics takes place in order to obtain the legally required consents for the use of certain technologies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.

Data processing agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement (AVV) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required under data protection law which ensures that this provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent can be withdrawn at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to erase it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for the data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Enquiry by email, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all personal data arising from it (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request.

The data sent to us by you via contact enquiries will remain with us until you request us to erase it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for the data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

Communication via WhatsApp

For communication with our customers and other third parties we use, among other things, the instant messaging service WhatsApp. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Communication takes place via end-to-end encryption (peer-to-peer), which prevents WhatsApp or other third parties from gaining access to the communication content. WhatsApp does, however, obtain access to metadata that arises in the course of the communication process (e.g. sender, recipient and time). We further point out that WhatsApp, according to its own statement, shares personal data of its users with its parent company Meta, which is based in the USA. Further details on data processing can be found in WhatsApp’s privacy policy at: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/#privacy-policy.

The use of WhatsApp is based on our legitimate interest in the fastest and most effective possible communication with customers, interested parties and other business and contractual partners (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). If corresponding consent has been requested, data processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of the consent; this can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

The communication content exchanged between us via WhatsApp remains with us until you request us to erase it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for the data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

We use WhatsApp in the “WhatsApp Business” variant.

The data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-data-transfer-addendum.

We have configured our WhatsApp accounts so that there is no automatic data matching with the address book on the smartphones in use.

We have concluded a data processing agreement (AVV) with the above-mentioned provider.

Hubspot CRM

We use Hubspot CRM on this website. The provider is Hubspot Inc. 25 Street, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA (hereinafter Hubspot CRM).

Hubspot CRM enables us, among other things, to manage existing and potential customers as well as customer contacts. With the help of Hubspot CRM, we are able to capture, sort and analyse customer interactions by e-mail, social media or telephone across various channels. The personal data captured in this way can be evaluated and used for communication with the potential customer or for marketing measures (e.g. newsletter mailings). With Hubspot CRM we are also able to capture and analyse the user behaviour of our contacts on our website.

The use of Hubspot CRM is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the most efficient possible customer management and customer communication.

Details can be found in Hubspot’s privacy policy: https://legal.hubspot.com/de/privacy-policy.

The data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.hubspot.de/data-privacy/privacy-shield.

Data processing agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement (AVV) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required under data protection law which ensures that this provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

ProvenExpert

We have integrated ProvenExpert rating seals on this website. The provider is Expert Systems AG, Quedlinburger Str. 1, 10589 Berlin, https://www.provenexpert.com.

The ProvenExpert seal enables us to display customer reviews submitted about our company at ProvenExpert in a seal on our website. When you visit our website, a connection to ProvenExpert is established so that ProvenExpert can determine that you have visited our website. ProvenExpert also records your language settings in order to display the seal in the selected national language.

The use of ProvenExpert is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the most comprehensible possible presentation of customer reviews.

5. Analysis tools and advertising

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Tag Manager is a tool with the help of which we can integrate tracking or statistics tools and other technologies on our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, does not store cookies and does not carry out independent analyses. It serves only to manage and deploy the tools integrated via it. Google Tag Manager does, however, collect your IP address, which may also be transferred to Google’s parent company in the United States.

The use of Google Tag Manager is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the quick and uncomplicated integration and management of various tools on its website.

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyse the behaviour of website visitors. In doing so, the website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, length of stay, operating systems used and origin of the user. This data is assigned to the respective end device of the user. Assignment to a user ID does not take place.

Furthermore, we can use Google Analytics, among other things, to record your mouse and scroll movements and clicks. Google Analytics also uses various modelling approaches to supplement the captured data sets and uses machine-learning technologies in data analysis.

Google Analytics uses technologies that enable recognition of the user for the purpose of analysing user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information captured by Google about the use of this website is as a rule transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The use of this service is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.

The data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/.

Data processing agreement

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Facebook Pixel

This website uses the Facebook visitor action pixel for conversion measurement. The provider of this service is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. According to Facebook, the data collected is also transferred to the USA and other third countries.

This makes it possible to track the behaviour of site visitors after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. This allows the effectiveness of the Facebook advertisements to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimised.

The data collected is anonymous for us as the operator of this website; we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. The data is, however, stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Use Policy. This can enable Facebook to place advertisements on Facebook pages as well as outside Facebook. This use of the data cannot be influenced by us as site operator.

The use of this service is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.

The data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/legal/EU_data_transfer_addendum and https://de-de.facebook.com/help/566994660333381.

Insofar as personal data is collected on our website with the help of the tool described here and forwarded to Facebook, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, are jointly responsible for this data processing (Art. 26 GDPR). The joint responsibility is limited exclusively to the collection of the data and its forwarding to Facebook. The processing by Facebook that takes place after the forwarding is not part of the joint responsibility. The obligations jointly incumbent on us have been set out in an agreement on joint processing. You can find the wording of the agreement at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. According to this agreement, we are responsible for providing the data protection information when using the Facebook tool and for the data-protection-compliant implementation of the tool on our website. Facebook is responsible for the data security of the Facebook products. Data subject rights (e.g. requests for information) regarding the data processed by Facebook can be asserted directly with Facebook. If you assert the data subject rights with us, we are obliged to forward them to Facebook.

You can find further information on the protection of your privacy in Facebook’s privacy notices: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

You can also deactivate the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” in the advertising settings area at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate usage-based advertising from Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

6. Newsletter

Newsletter data

If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need from you an e-mail address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receiving the newsletter. Further data is not collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw the consent given to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

The data you have stored with us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, with us or the newsletter service provider, and will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter or after the purpose ceases to apply. We reserve the right to delete or block e-mail addresses from our newsletter distribution list at our own discretion within the scope of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Data that has been stored with us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.

After you unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list, your e-mail address may be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist if this is necessary to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist is used only for this purpose and is not merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with the legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Storage in the blacklist is not limited in time. You can object to the storage if your interests override our legitimate interest.

This website uses plugins of the video portal Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

This site uses the map service Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is as a rule transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer. If Google Maps is activated, Google may use Google Fonts for the purpose of uniform display of the fonts. When Google Maps is called up, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings and of easy findability of the locations indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The use of Wordfence is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the most effective possible protection of its website against cyberattacks. 8. Customer data and credit checks

Processing of customer and contract data

We collect, process and use personal customer and contract data for the establishment, content-related organisation and amendment of our contractual relationships. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of this website (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill for it. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

The customer data collected is deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship and expiry of any existing statutory retention periods. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Credit checks

As we make advance performance, we may carry out a credit check procedure (scoring). For this purpose, we transmit the data you have entered (e.g. name, address, age or bank data) to a credit agency. On the basis of this data, the probability of a payment default is determined. In the event of an excessive risk of payment default, we may refuse the payment method in question.

The credit check is carried out on the basis of performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and to avoid payment defaults (legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). If consent has been obtained, the credit check is carried out on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 (1) GDPR); the consent can be withdrawn at any time.

9. Own services

Handling of applicant data

We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g. by e-mail, by post or via an online application form). Below we inform you about the scope, purpose and use of your personal data collected in the course of the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing and use of your data takes place in accordance with applicable data protection law and all other statutory provisions and that your data is treated as strictly confidential.

Scope and purpose of data collection

If you send us an application, we process the personal data associated with it (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes in the course of job interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG under German law (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (general initiation of a contract) and – if you have given consent – Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The consent can be withdrawn at any time. Your personal data will be passed on within our company exclusively to persons involved in processing your application.

If the application is successful, the data you have submitted will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of § 26 BDSG and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the purpose of performing the employment relationship.

Retention period of the data

If we cannot make you a job offer, you decline a job offer, or you withdraw your application, we reserve the right to store the data you have transmitted on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) for up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). The data will then be deleted and the physical application documents destroyed. The storage serves in particular evidential purposes in the event of a legal dispute. If it is apparent that the data will be required after expiry of the 6-month period (e.g. due to an impending or pending legal dispute), deletion will take place only when the purpose for the further storage ceases to apply.

Longer storage may also take place if you have given corresponding consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or if statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
